Day one as the new Office Manager and Marketing Director at
Veil Trends was, what some might deem, untraditional. Instead of the typical, tedious
adventures in paperwork and the overload of information from learning the
ins-and-outs of a new job, I accompanied Veil Trends owner/designer, Jolene, to
Felice Bridal Salon in Denver, Colorado to show off the new 2014 collection.
Felice Bridal Salon offers an impressive selection of gowns,
and we could not resist pulling several off the racks and pairing them with the
new veils. The stand outs for me were the V1614, a
chapel length Swiss dot veil with Chantilly lace, which was unlike any veil I
had ever seen, and the V414, a chapel length veil with Swarovski pearls scattered along bottom and sides.
I swoon for chapel length veils.
Being a part of the wedding industry has always been a dream
– one that involves swimming in lace and gorgeous fabrics. Felice Bridal Salon
just moved into a new space in Cherry Creek, which is equally beautiful as it
is exciting. Walking through their doors and into my new role at Veil Trends
was when my dream came true (except the swimming part).
Felice Bridal Salon is also the very first boutique to carry
the Lille Couture flower girl dress line, which you can read more about here.
