Bride of Color

Finally Color! I was thrilled a couple weeks ago to receive the Jun/July issue of Modern Bride and see our Antique Gold veil on the inside story "Plaza Suite." Better still were the calls and emails from brides asking about Antique Gold!

One bride from New York mentioned that she wanted the color to match her shoes and the accent colors of her wedding; her dress was Ivory. I absolutely LOVE the creativity and uniqueness of this idea. Also....I have seen Antique Gold photographed and it is stunning!

As a bridal veil designer one of challenges I face is finding tulle to match all of the wonderfully colored gowns designer's are putting out. I always enjoy the challenge and currently Veil Trends carries 20 bridal colors!!

Putting the Look Together

Recently InStyle Weddings did a great story in their Spring 2008 issue entitled Veil Call. One of the veils features was our own V105. This Veil was pictured as a great option for a short dress.

Although I completely agree that the Russian Blusher works perfectly with a short dress, it is also very classy with a Silk or Chiffon mermaid style gown.

I am going to share with you a story I put together for Iowa's Event Planner entitled The Finishing Touch. This story encompasses 4 unique looks all using the same gown. I love this story because it gives you an idea of how you can drastically change your bridal look simply by changing out accessories.
